JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Technical support by phone and in person.
• System diagnostic and repair.
• Test components.
• Other service functions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Two (2) years experience hands-on or AA degree and (1) one year experience.
• Working knowledge of methods, procedures and materials used in DOS, Win95, and WinNT.
• Comanding knowledge of PC hardware and software.
• Ability to communicate oral and written instructions.
