JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise the Techncial Support Department.
- Train the technical support personnel.
- Acquire new technical information and distribute information.
- Technical support over the phone and in-person.
- Component diagnostic and repair.
- System diagnostic and repair.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Three (3) years experience hands-on or AA degree and (2) two years experience.
- Working knowledge of methods, procedures and materials used in DOS, Win95, and WinNT.
- Comanding knowledge of PC hardware and software.
- Ability to communicate oral and written instructions.
- At least (1) one year in supervising role.
