JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Technical support by phone and in person.
• System diagnostic and repair.
• Test components.
• Other service functions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Entry level.
• Working knowledge of methods, procedures and materials used in DOS, Win95.
• Knowledge of PC hardware and software.
• Working knowledge of Windows NT is a plus.
• Ability to communicate oral and written instructions.
