RMA Number Request by Phone

  1. Before returning any product, RMA number must be obtained from Pantex Customer Service by calling (713)988-1688
  2. You must provide the following information:
    • Company Name
    • Invoice Number and Date
    • Part Number and Serial Number
    • Nature of Problem
  3. Please have the invoice and the serial number list ready before calling for RMA number.
  4. RMA number will be cancelled automatically. You must return the product within 10 days.

RMA Number Request by Fax

  1. You must use Pantex RMA Request Form which can be obtained by calling Pantex Customer Service.
  2. Fill out the form completely and fax the form, the invoice, the serial number list to Pantex Customer Service at (713)988-2688 or (713)988-2838.
  3. Your RMA Request Form will be faxed back to you with RMA number.
  4. RMA number will be cancelled automatically. You must return the product within 10 days.

Shipping the Product

  1. All products must be returned in original packing materials with the RMA number clearly shown on the shipping label.
  2. You must include the copy of the invoice and the serial number list. Otherwise RMA won't be processed.
  3. All packages with improper packing materials or no RMA nubmer shall be refused by Pantex.
  4. The freight must be prepaid.
