Warranty

WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER

Warranty will be provided by the manufacturers on the most items unless otherwise stated.
For computer desktop systems made by PCI, PCI warrants that the systems will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one year.
This warranty does not cover products damaged by improper installation, alteration, or misuse.
PCI makes no express warranties and disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purposes, and warranties arising out of any proposal, specification or sample on all the products and parts PCI sells.
In no event will PCI be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty.
Thus PCI is not liable for lost profits and goodwill, downtime, damage or destruction of any program, data, equipment, or other property, cost of recovering, reprogramming or reproducing any program, data or equipment, personal injury or loss, or any other damages arose from the product failure.

RETURN POLICIES

If a product is dead on arrival or fails within 20 days from the invoice date, PCI will replace or repair the product at PCI’s option.
Please refer to the RMA procedures.

RETURN FOR WARRANTY SERVICE

If a product becomes defective after 20 days from the invoice date, and it’s still in the factory warranty period, the customer can either send it to the factory or to PCI’s service center.
When return it to PCI, please follow the RMA procedures.
If the warranty has expired, please contact the factory.

RETURN FOR RESTOCKING

If a customer wants to return a non-defective product, PCI will give credit towards new purchases less restocking fee of 15%.
However the product must be unused and in sellable condition with the original packing and all the accessories (manual, warranty card, etc...).
The credit shall not be issued after 30 days from the invoice date under any circumstances.
